Fit4Work Medicals

Occupational medicals for large teams

One occupational health partner for your whole workforce — pre-employment, annual surveillance and exit medicals, scheduled in bulk and documented for audit.

Built for workforce volume

Screening fifty people is a different problem to screening one. Slots have to fit around shifts, certificates have to land in HR files the same week, and every record has to stand up in an audit. That is the job this practice is set up for.

What a corporate engagement covers

How it runs for your HR team

  1. Scoping call Headcount, job categories and the hazards each one is exposed to. Thirty minutes is usually enough to size the programme.
  2. Written quote A per-employee rate by assessment type, with the on-site option priced separately. No retainer, no lock-in.
  3. Scheduling Slots booked around shift patterns and production downtime — split across days or run as a block.
  4. Records delivered Certificates of fitness per employee and a consolidated register for the occupational health file.

Common questions

How many employees can you handle?

Programmes are scheduled in blocks, so volume is a question of days booked rather than a hard ceiling. Tell us your headcount on the scoping call and we will map it to a schedule.

Can you work around shift patterns?

Yes. Assessment days are set to suit night shifts, seasonal peaks and planned downtime rather than clinic convenience.

What do we receive afterwards?

A certificate of fitness for each employee assessed, plus a consolidated register for your occupational health file — formatted to sit directly in an OHS Act audit pack.

Do you invoice the company or the employee?

The company. Corporate engagements are invoiced to the employer against an agreed per-employee rate.
