The terms on which this website is provided, and the limits of what it can tell you.
Everything on this website is general information about services. It is not a medical opinion, a diagnosis, or advice about any individual's health or fitness for work.
No doctor–patient or practitioner–patient relationship is created by reading this site, submitting an enquiry, or messaging us. That relationship begins at an assessment.
If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services or your nearest emergency department. Do not use this website or WhatsApp for urgent clinical matters.
Assessments are conducted by a registered occupational health practitioner in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and the regulations applicable to the hazard concerned. Where those regulations prescribe the form of a certificate, that form is used.
The content, design, layout and branding of this website belong to Fit4Work Medicals, except where credited otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own use; you may not republish them as your own.
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Links to third-party services — WhatsApp among them — are provided for convenience; their content and terms are not ours.
To the extent permitted by law, Fit4Work Medicals is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or the protections afforded by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
